​​Definitions

In these conditions unless the context otherwise requires:

‘The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services’ means any persons working under that name at their request. 'The Owner' means the individual who has entered into a booking for use of the The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services.

​Conditions Applicable

These conditions shall apply to the contract between The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services and the Owner to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

Owner's Undertaking

The Owner hereby agrees and undertakes with and warrants to The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services:

CODE OF CONDUCT

​

1. Do not arrive at The Dog Wash more than five minutes before your booking is due to start.

2. Vacate the building by the end of your time slot.

3. The maximum number of dogs in the Dog Wash at any one time should not exceed your booking.

4. You are responsible for picking up your dog’s poo/urine and cleaning using the supplied cleaning supplies.

5. There is no smoking anywhere including E-Cigarettes in or around the premises.

6. When arriving and leaving please drive slowly.

7. Report any issues to info@perfectpetservices.com

DOG WASH GUIDANCE

​

• Check in at daycare reception and pick up your complimentary shampoo.

• Use the wash room for only washing your dog.

• Pull out steps from under bath if required.

• Make sure your dog is secure in the bath with the bath door closed.

• Turn on water and check temperature. Warning ...ensure the temperature is appropriate for your dog.

• Use one towel and place in basket provided after use.

• If drying, move to drying room.

• Drying table is for dogs under 20kg – dogs must be secure when on the table and not left unattended. Dogs over 20kg must be dried on the floor.

• Pick up all poo and clean up any mess using supplies provided.

• Contact doggy daycare if you have any questions.

• Using equipment is at owner’s risk.

• Your dog remains your own responsibility whilst using The Dog Wash and should not be left unattended.

• You agree to the knowledge that there is CCTV in operation at all times.

• No show by The Owner is non-refundable. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice may be offered alternative dates at the discretion of The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services. 

• All dogs must be vaccinated to use The Dog Wash and must have waited the correct amount of time stated by their vets for the vaccinations to be actively working. This is normally 2 weeks after the first set of injections (but it is your responsibility to check with you own vet).

• You may bring bitches in season to The Dog Wash.

• If your dog has developed signs of Kennel Cough, sickness, or diarrhoea in the past 72 hours, we request that you refrain from the use of our facilities.

• Payment is required at the time of booking, via the website. All personal information and payment details are collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• ​Banned Breeds – All banned breeds are NOT permitted to use The Dog Wash.

• As part of your use and enjoyment of The Dog Wash, you agree not to let anyone else into the room, other than any friends or family members you have brought with you.

• You agree not to hold The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services, its owners, or staff responsible for any injury to you, your family, friends or your dog(s) arising from your use of the equipment in The Dog Wash.

• You agree to the full replacement value of any property belonging to a Perfect Pet Services, damaged by the Owner's pet including (but not limited to) damage by defecation or chewing to any equipment.

• In the event of bringing a friend or family member, or sending somebody in place of you, you agree that you assume responsibility for their safety and ensure that they abide by these terms and conditions at all times.

• Anyone found or reported overstaying their slot or breaking any of these special rules may be banned.

Perfect Pet Services’ Undertaking

Perfect Pet Services hereby undertakes with the Owner:

• We will not accept responsibility for injury, illness or death of your dog from using our facilities. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.

• The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services accepts no liability for any losses suffered whilst using the company’s facilities.

• The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services cannot be held responsible for anything your dog may eat while on our premises – you are responsible for what your dog eats.

• Perfect Pet Services cannot be held liable for any injury to your dog or for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s) in and around the premises. Accordingly, all dogs must be kept on a secure leash between the car park and The Dog Wash. In addition, Perfect Pet Services will not be liable for any injury or damage sustained or caused by your dog if the dog, for whichever reason, becomes untethered. This includes but is in no way restricted to; your dog running in or out of the car park or path or suffering injury or harm on near-by road(s) or being attacked by another dog.

• Refunds will only be given when The Dog Wash @ Perfect Pet Services has had to cancel the booking. Bookings are non-refundable.

Security and Confidentiality

Client information will remain confidential at all times; personal details will not be shared or used for purposes other than those intended.

This agreement contains a whole agreement between the parties.

​

It is subject to English Law and any dispute arising out of it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
